Q: If you owned sleep country shares would you sell now or continue to hold with the hope another company steps in with a higher offer than fairfax? Q: The tax gross-up effect of my Canadian dividend paying stocks is creating an OAS clawback concern in my non-registered account. Looking for tax-efficient US and International ETF’s. I don’t want ex-Canada ones because I want to have the flexibility to adjust weightings between these two.

Would HXS be a good option for US? The MER isn’t the best but maybe okay. I don’t know for the International. Thoughts?

As a former shareholder of Argonaut gold I became a holder of FCGV as a spin -out from Alamos gold acquisition of AR.What are your thoughts on me selling FCGV to acquire more shares of Alamos? Do you see ACGV as more of a "speculative" story?

Could you suggest a growth portfolio of EFTs for a TFSA, with an indication as to the degree of risk for each ?

Is it a good idea to have a TFSA all in ETFs ? Or what kind of mix (ETFs and stocks) would you suggest ?

Q: Does this selloff in tech concern you at all to take down the broader market? Seeing big down moves lately in tech, such as SHOP, GOOGL, NVDA, SMCI, VRT, etc... Tech is my largest weighting for sector, should we be repositioning at all or how would you approach this to maintain profits. I've had a very good run, but hate take the stairs up and then seeing the elevator go down fast. Thanks!

Q: I currently own Enbridge. I am considering selling ENB for Pembina. Enbridge a 7.2% dividend, is so large now, it will take a lot to move its needle. Whereas Pembina has a smaller dividend but is a bit more nibble and perhaps has more upside for it's stock to move higher. Would you agree?
