Q: I got caught in the recent drop with too much US tech. I have positions in these companies, all down more than 50%. I don't need to consolidate, but could if it means a stronger recovery. Looking toward a recovery in the market, do you see any holdings that have a lesser chance of recovery, that should be sold to add to another position that has a better chance of recovery? Thanks!
Q: Would you comment generally on ZWT
Can the covered call feature in any sense be viewed as "defensive"
What would be an alternative ETF that would have much the same stock portfolio as ZWT, but without the covered call feature?

Q: I have had the impression that covered calls were a riskier type of investment but when I look at the beta, std dev, alpha, sharpe ratio, etc I don't see much difference between the two ETFs listed. Are they both considered about equal?

iShares 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index ETF (CBO $18.49)
-
iShares Convertible Bond Index ETF (CVD $17.90)
Q: Was reviewing the 5i Income Portfolio and the type of bond funds in portfolio. Then was looking at the dividend payments on the two ETFs, the convertible bond (which is in the portfolio) is double of the laddered bond (which isn't in portfolio). Are convertible bond funds considered a much higher risk over laddered bond fund?

Q: Some time ago i asked a question regarding the merits of holding a handful of us stocks along with my US etf’s, in order to get a little extra boost. You were ok with the strategy but cautioned against the kind of stocks I held i.e. Google, nvidia, msft, Costco, abbivie. While they were good stocks you said that the problem is that they are well represented in the various etf’s and that if i wanted a “kicker” to provide boost that I should go smaller in size. I wonder if you could provide a handful of stocks that would fit that criterion and would be ones that one would want to own long term. If they were also good candidates for selling options on that would be an added bonus. Thanks for your expertise and advice.

Q: I'm considering taking a position in one or more of the following EV infrastructure roll out companies most of which have been around for a number of years now. How would you rate them, first, in terms of business plan and management effectiveness as well as potential future growth prospects but but also in terms of their financials, safety as an investment and finally in relation to technological superiority if that is a relevant consideration?
Thank you
Thank you
