Q: I've held this pipeline for a few years and down about 15%- dividend is attractive but the market is saying don't touch it.

I'm inclines to dump it and pick up TRP or PPL.

Q: I need to add Industrials for portfolio balancing

What top 3 would you suggest in order, with what weight and why. Any geographical region is fine.
Or should I top up what I already hold? In what order?

Q: GSY just reported. It has been growing earnings at a rate of 24% per annum for the past 5 years, pays a 2.3% rising dividend and seems to have reasonably good management. Why is it not a $100 stock? No, seriously why is not a $100 stock?? I've owned it for a few years now and I'm not complaining. I've done very well with it. But I really don't get the valuation. What is the unspoken issue?

I really apreciated the TSX60 list with US revenue percent for each company. I do however have some questions. Several of the numbers were a surprise.

1. We are told that TD Bank is 50% or more American with a branch on almost every corner in many large US cities but your list shows only 26% of revenue is derived from the US. Can you confirm this number as it makes a big difference to my investing decision.

2. I see Emera has 70% of income from the US which seems a little high to me as I understood that Emera was about evenly balanced between Canada and the US.

3. Fortis with huge investments in ITC in Michigan and 6 adjacent states [the largest independent electricity transmission company in the United States], in Central Hudson Gas and Electric and in UNS in Arizona shows just 9% US income. Surely this figure is sadly out of date.

Can we trust the rest of the figures in the list?

Q: Re Jordans question on syz. They announced on Sedar May 1st "The Company is pleased to announce it will be releasing its second quarter financial results before the market opening on May 15th, 2019. ".

Q: GMP just came out with a favorable report on this company with a buy recommendation and a target of $1.00 (+50% from current share price). It has started off the year with a nice lift and volume seems to be picking up.

Peter, I would be interested in your thoughts on this one.

I have very few US holdings and have been reluctant to buy more for various reasons. However, I bought a fairly small position in SEDG a few months ago with the idea of making it a full position for a long term hold. Today it is up more than 20 percent based on quarterly earnings. Should I increase the position now or maybe wait to see if it settles down? Also, could you give a little insight as to why the big jump based on this quarter. I can't see what was so sensational. Thanks.

Q: Hi, my only "basic materials" holding is Stella-Jones. It's a half position and is about 2% of my portfolio, which your analytics tool is telling me I need to bump up to about 4%. Could you suggest options under "basic materials" and whether I should increase SJ to a full position.

On your Portfolio Analytics tool, which I like, is there a way to enter holdings in US dollars, or are we to convert the Base Cost to USD when inputting those values?

Q: Thoughts on results and share price slide as of late? Recent purchase, down over 10%. I see it's up over 17% ytd, but flat over 52 weeks, my timing to purchase was less than stellar.
