Q: Hi, I got in when it was supposedly cheap, at about $12.80. It's now hovering at around $8. As a non-resident, selling for tax losses doesn't apply. As you wrote recently that you're not fans of investing to break even, do you have any opinions on possible moves? Sell some at a loss to invest in better stocks, hold for a while and see what happens with tariffs, hold for a longer period of time as this is a good stock and we'll pay off over the next couple years? Thank you for your time.

Q: BN is sitting at 7.5%, AXON - BKNG are 5% and the rest are 3% positions totaling approx. 83% of my stock assets. I have some 1-2% positions in my cash account (GSY, ATZ, PRL, CLBT, HPS.a, BNS,SU, TMDX, TVK and CNQ. I'm heavy tech, financials and industrials going into H2 2025. Would you add to, remove or change anything is this was your account (assuming you're 52 and plan to retire in 8 years). Not looking for a person allocation but rather if it was you, what might you be looking to adjust, if anything. Note I have no utilities currently. Thanks and have a great weekend.
Q: Your most recent thoughts on this would be appreciated. dividend sustainability is key for me.
Q: According to Grok: “Over the past ten years, the technology sector’s share of the S&P 500 has grown from ~18% to ~32% (or ~40% including tech-related firms), driven by the dominance of mega-cap companies and innovation in AI, cloud computing, and software.”
Do you think BRK has a reasonable prospect of outperforming the SPY given that BRK has a low level of tech exposure. I am concerned that BRK will underperform going forward unless they gain greater exposure to the technology sector.
Thanks.

Q: Here are two stocks that well performed since the last weeks. In view of rebalancing somewhat a portfolio, do you consider it's a good time now to envisage some trimming, or do you think the momentum has a good probability to be continued on the mid term?
Thank you very much in advance

Q: Reliable dividend hunting
I currently hold a variety of solid dividend payers like ENB, PPL, some banks, MSTY - and a few more. With MSTY I have taken on extra risk and counting on the current high monthly dividend to justify that risk.
I am looking to add substantially to these and specifically NLY, JPMO (which shows a yield of 30% on RBC DI, and JPM.PR.O (6%).
Your assessment of the these candidates in light of my objectives to increase dividend income and reduce the growth portions of my portfolios.
Thanks
