Q: Hi there, there are many "all in one" etfs to pick from these days. If a person wanted to have a super simple portfolio, what would be your favourite (or the best) ETF to hold to gain 100% equity exposure that would require the least amount of maintenance? I know there is XEQT, VEQT, XAW, VXC, XWD, HGRO and many more. What would be your favourite? (Does not have to appear on the ones I have listed)

Q: I can't fully understand the current sell-off and downgrades of TRP. I understand the selling of assets as a bit of a disappointment, and perhaps the split creates a bit of uncertainty (?) For a long term dividend investor though, is a near-8% dividend not a great opportunity? It appears that there is a lot of insider selling, is that correct?

Q: I have a sizable capital loss for 2023 right now. I'm starting to think of selling some of my winners in my non-reg accounts to wipe that cap loss out this year. Three of the companies where I have capital gains are Hubspot, Mastercard, and The Trade Desk. What strategy would you recommend for me in selling some or all of these 3 positions to erase the capital loss. MA has been a longterm winner for me, but I worry about Fintech competitors eating into their business. I'd appreciate your insights on whether Hubspot has a rosy future or whether its best times are behind it. The Trade Desk is my most confident position, but, of course, I'd appreciate your opinion. Q: ABBV is approx. 28% off it's high of last year. I am considering a change to one of LLY; ILMN; or ISRG. Do you concur with the change and if so which would you prefer.
