Q: A question about the casino company Game Host. My father's sold his Cineplex position and his looking for another stock with (1) a high yield (2) a monthly dividend. His bonds are not paying enough. With oil back over 60$, do you think that Game Host properties should see better traffic soon? We don't hope for capital appreciation, but want a balance sheet that has more chance to improve than weaken. Thank you!

Q: I asked a question about Gamehost on Fri. Maybe it got lost because I asked a 2nd Q on FSZ. I notice most q's on Gamehost were actually Q's on Guardant. Your last true answer on Gamehost was back in July.

I am looking over Gamehost for income with the very juicy dividend. I am assuming the fall in price has more to do with Fort Mac woes than base Gamehost earnings? What do you think of Gamehost for income?

Q: I've owned Game Host since 2016 mostly for income. I used its monthly 5% dividends and put them towards my mortage payments. Since my mortgage interest is now 2.85%, I think it makes sense. I just wanted to check if the company is still doing "ok" to continue with my strategy (GH.CA is a 2.0% position relative to my total account and 1 of 5 income stocks that pay my mortgage interest). Could you share some of its metrics, like debt-to-equity and other metrics that matter to income stocks?

Q: What is your favorite health care pick for a growth / aggressive growth investor with at least a $1 billion market cap? Perhaps you can list 2 and rank them in order of preference. I'm indifferent as to whether the company is Canadian or U.S., just looking for your favorite growth picks.

Q: Please provide your opinion of GH's Q3 release. Gross revenue growth did not materialize while costs rose.

Company announced the proposed vend-in of CEO, VP and COO's Grande Prairie hotel for $12.5mm. Property looks appealing completed in 2017 with exceptional customer feedback and a 2 minute walk from Great Northern Casino. Guessing this asset could add approximately $4mm in gross revenues to GH's annual earnings, it's in one of the few areas of Alberta that has shown above-average growth and may continue as gas liquids are being developed in the Montney.

Not a game-changing transaction for the company but if they suggest that the hotel can be acquired and provide accretion for shareholders, what's good for the goose is good for the gander and gaggle of little retail investors.

GH stated that they have increased their LOC by $7mm. Do you think the company will issue common shares as part of the capital paid to Peace Country Hospitality?

I am offering up three 5-i doubloons for this in-depth query. Thank you

Q: In my well-diversified portfolio, in your view, which of the following are worth holding for possible capital gains in one year, and which should be sold now, with the intention of reinvesting the proceeds in some of your recommendations. DR GH ESN EMP.A DHX. I do not need the cash and do not need tax losses

Q: With GC having the momentum down and GH and TSGI on a positive trend which would you prefer to hold I currently hold GC and thinking with the bad press on money laundering in BC it might be time to switch.
