Has FFN resumed Div payments for Class A? TD is saying it has resumed @ $0.0458 on Dec 10 but I think that is the preferred shares. What is the NAV currently?
Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you give me an update on the fundamentals of Medgold including available cash and insider ownership. Could you also provide any info you can find on average daily volume - there seems to have been a spike in volume recently but I really don't have any reliable data to indicate whether this is truly a substantial increase or not. Given the price I realize this company is pretty close to being in the 'buy a lottery ticket' category but it did have some success a couple of years ago.
Thanks.
Rob
Q: I would like to crystallize loss in XGD and replace it with two or three good quality gold stocks with growth potential. Appreciate your recommendations.
Thank you
I would like to move one or two of these from a non registered account to my tfsa in the new year.
Please rank them from a growth perspective (3 to 5 years).

Q: Hi Peter and Ryan,
I own above stocks and represent 6% weight in my total portfolio. The stocks have came down a bit with recent weakness on the gold and silver movement. Should I trim down some of the position? I am still in profit but worry that these stocks may go down further. thanks!
Q: If possible, would you be able to add HYRE to your company search list please? I'm interested to find out a bit more about it.
(Mentioned in a answer to a question asked by "Ray" today regarding higher risk US growth stocks.)
Thank you very much. As always, your work is very appreciated!
Q: If one is only invested in North America, would now be a good time to buy VEE, or if you have a better idea for emerging markets? Also, if one has built a conservative portfolio for elderly parents using only VBAL and VCNS, would adding VEE be a good compliment, or would it add significant risk ?
Q: Good day and thank you for all your valuable information. In looking to consolidate some income positions in my portfolio I would like to bring one of these two high income earners toward a fuller position of 4-5% in my portfolio (currently ZWC at 1.1% and MFT at 1.98%). Portfolio is aimed at getting 80-20 split equity-fixed income. Can I have your thoughts on these two and any suggestion toward any other I should be considering instead. Thank you.
Q: Could you please list about five or so of your favorite US growth stocks for an RRSP. Currently have no US exposure and ok with a 3-5 year hold. Thanks for your great work!
Q: This is not a question, but a comment. Many years ago I read "One Up on Wall Street" by Peter Lynch. My main takeaway was to look around me. As a shopper I hate Loblaws since there are always bare shelves and they seldom have what I want. If there is a special, they are sold out within hours on the first day. This has gone on for many years. In contrast, Metro always has what I want and sometimes more. Therefore I own Metro and have done well by it.
