Q: My understanding is that shareholders of PHO will receive$3.60 per share if the buyout goes through. is there any reason to hold onto Pho right now given that the buyout is for $3.60 and this is what other traders seem to be willing to pay right now? there were a lot of asks vs bids today. I'm not sure why someone would want to buy Pho knowing that the maximum they will receive is $3.60. can you please shed some light on this?
thanks for your help

Q: To my amateur eyes, it looks to me that XIT has reached a major support level of around $43 (looking at technical support and resistance levels). I hold a core long term position and did some trimming for asset allocation reasons around $50. I would normally consider adding at this level, but thought I'd check with you (again) about the impact of interest rates on technology. Do you see much more technology downside in your crystal ball?

Q: In general, I've heard repeatedly that stocks like certainty - whether this is on interest rates, consistency of earnings, etc.
I just saw the headline this morning that Palantir is accepting bitcoin as payment. I think we all agree that bitcoin (and all crypto currencies) are quite speculative in nature. Isn't this bad news for true "investors" knowing that their revenue could go to $0? Shouldn't this mean true investors want out and speculators may want in? It seems completely counterintuitive to me for companies like PLTR and TSLA to do this. Comments?
