Q: Hello, SHOP is reporting tomorrow and LSPD on Thursday . Would you suggest to sell before they report since they have both gone up a lot ?.
What do you expect with this quarter.?

Q: Hi, Another question on CSU/TOI relationship. CSU still has direct/indirect ownership of Topicus - How much of the new co. shares are owned by CSU and would it reflect in CSU stock price, once TOI started trading ? By default, in addition to the Topicus shares received from spin out, as CSU shareholders, we also own the same % of Topicus? We are trying to figure out that while continue to own Constellation shares, what would be a reasonable position to add to Topicus (received thro' dividend). Thank You

Q: Hi, Total Topicus subordinate voting shares issued to public and outstanding are 39.4 million, per the press release. (On a fully diluted basis total issued and outstanding shares are 129.8 mln -balance 90.4 mln held by CSU and Parent co. Investors ). Just trying to understand if the float of shares available for Trading is only 39.4 mln shares ? If so, what is % of this held by Institutions/Insiders ? Any comments on Trading on the 1st day - Looks like following the range as suggested in your comments .
Also, are you planning to add TOI:CA symbol on 5i portal soon ... Thank You

Q: What is your opinion of Maxar Technologies. With the current interest in everything `space'. Maxr has a pretty decent P/S and P/E ratio.
ARK funds are also launching a new fund ARKX focused on `Space exploration companies'. Could you suggest which companies would be included in that EFT ?
lastly. SPCE has seen an absurd jump these last 2 days. Is this due to the ARK ETF or REDIT crowd jumping in and causing a short sqeeze.

Q: Topicus was due to start trading today but trading was halted first thing. According to a Financial Post news release the company has been advised by the Exchange that trading is expected to resume when markets open on February 2, with a board lot size of 100 subordinate voting shares. It says the initial board lot size was expected to be 1,000 subordinate voting shares. Could you please explain what this difference in subordinate voting shares means. Thanks for the great service.

Q: Four years since you've entertained a question on HIMAX...

Historically the company's performance seems to be lumpy at best (revenue, stock price action, margin, etc). However, recent chart action and volume is looking very good - almost like it has good momentum ;-)!

What do you make of HIMX today both fundamentally and with market momentum and what would be your expectations over the next few years. Bullish?
