Q: I am looking for technology companies that pay a dividend for an income portfolio, Sylogist is on my list to purchase however it is fairly small. Do you view the SYZ dividend as safe and would you buy today? Can you recommend another tech that pays a reasonable dividend (smaller but growing is fine)? Thank you.

Q: I have not had funds to start a position in APPS until today after trimming some gainers that have grown too big in my portfolio (all 5i suggestions so thank you very much!). APPS has had quite the run in the past month (up 30%). Do you see this as a BUY today? Has it run too far? Do you recommend initiating a position today or would wait for a pull back (suggest a good entry point)? Do you still like this one for the long term?

Which one would you add to at this point, and why? They are both very tiny positions but equally down from the time of purchase a year ago. What are your thoughts on today’s acquisition by AYX of Hyper Anna, an Australian based cloud company, whose strength appears to be AI? Does this make AYX a significant player, or not, both in the cloud, and in the AI space, where I believe AYX was weak on both counts.

Not a question, more of a comment on the attack on LSPD.

Correct me if I am wrong, but when SHOP got attacked by citron back then, I don't recall them coming out with any statement whatsoever to defend themselves? They pretty much ignored it and went on with their business!

If that "Media clown" Cramer would have invited the CEO of SHOP to defend themselves, I highly doubt he would have gone on. Unless he did and I did not see the show? Not like I watch that hyper active show.

The best way to beat a short attack and have them go away is to post strong quarterly numbers...point final!! Isn't that what SHOP did? They kept quite and beat all estimates which squeezed all the juice out of citron! (Citron is french for lemons :)
