Q: I am considering adding a few long-term positions to my registered accounts and looking for ideas in oil & gas - income and growth. A few names are noted above, however, looking for your top 5 recommendations.
Q: What is your view towards this company if I boy more for income. It is giving about 10%, with dividend of $2.76 /sh. , but its eps. is $1.92 and its free CF. is much lower. Do u foresee a dividend cut?
Q: RBC Direct Investing has a fair value of $13.61 and a Morningstar rating of a single star.
This low rating has been reported for several months.
I would like to add to my TFSA $6,000.00, however, hesitant because of the low rating by RBC.
Would you recommend this stock at the current price or have others you would prefer. Five year hold as an investment.
Thanks for your advice.
Hal

Q: I am trying to clean up my Energy sector. I have the following: CPG, CVE, ERF, HSE, IMO, SU, TRP, VET, MX Could you please place them in order, starting with first to sell.
Also, could you please let me know which companies I should buy with the proceeds. I have a very long timeline, and I feel that companies that are rather low right now may jump a fair bit when the price of oil rebounds.
If there are any other companies that you would suggest to buy, please include them as well.
Thank you once again,
Fed

Q: Enb in my portfolio has a book value of $42.16
And a yield of 7%. It now represents 10% of my portfolio. This my largest position in a portfolio of $630000. I generally buy for dividend and growth. Maybe I should reduce my position in ENB and take a 5% position in another dividend paying stock with growth potential. eg. CM or other opportunities. Any suggestions.

Q: How does Vet compare to its peers on a price / cash flow ratio basis ? Would you recommend a 5 year position in the name ? Thank you
Q: If you had to own one of these which would you pick? Why? I have a full position in VET right now.
Thanks

Q: I bought ARX on the recommendation of a couple individuals on BNN. I think I might have leapt before I looked. Doing some research I’m not impressed with the chart as well as the negativity on natural gas. I like to invest in stocks with a decent dividend and some opportunity for price appreciation. I’m not sure this fits. What’s your opinion?
Q: Can I please get your thoughts on the stability/financial health of INE and RNW, the sustainability of the dividends, and the growth outlook over the next 2 years. Thank you.
Q: With lng pipeline going ahead and hnl announcing contracts in bc the stock does not seem to be reacting well. Your thoughts
Q: Royal Dutch Shell has been heading down in the last little while.. what can you tell me about this company?

Q: Good morning,
I've been shellacked by AIM and CPG and they each are about now only 0.25% of my holdings. Should I just cut my losses here and redeploy what's left of that cash?
Thanks,
Robert

Q: At the current stock price is Crew a possible take over target, or would the current debt deter a suitor?
Q: IPL closed $1 up (almost 5%) Wednesday, 3 July on higher than normal volume. This seems rather sudden and I haven't seen/heard any news. Would you be able to posit an explanation? Thanks, as always. Michael
