Q: Hello, is there a stock symbol I can use to follow the price of Crude Oil WTI? I have just looked on Marketwatch.com and it was 41.57$. The symbol they use is CL.1, but if I use that exact same symbol elsewhere I get no results. There does not seem to be a standardized symbol for crude oil WTI. Thanks, Gervais

Q: I never thought I'd see VET at $10.00 Is this a great buy or just a disaster - moreso than it is already waiting to happen?
Is this company sustainable at this number? With anyone but Trudeau at the helm I'd think theres a chance...but with him I fear its all downhill.
Your opinion....does this company survive??

Q: OVV (Encana): just looked at fundamentals supplied by CIBC Investors Edge - everything looks very good, if the data is correct? Please provide comments on this stock for me as a potential BUY or not? What are the true facts? Here is what CIBC had: ROE=15.47, TTM PE = 1.75x, B.V. = $28.00, D/E = 83% (high) & PR = 7.17%.

Q: Inter Pipeline has a current dividend of 8.9 %. According to TD Waterhouse today, the the 2020 estimated payout ratios are 81 % of AFFO and 197 % of EPS. The net debt to EBITDA ratio is 6.3 %. These numbers are high compared to other similar companies. Would it make sense to sell this stock and purchase ENB or PPL instead ? Thanks, Joe

Q: Hello. What are your thoughts on Ensign Energy Services (ESI.T)? They recently had a dividend reduction after engaging in the purchase of a competitor (Trinidad Drilling). The stock has collapsed and continues on a downward spiral. Is this a good long-term (5 yrs+) investment?
I am down considerably right now, should I take my losses or average down right now? Thank you.

Q: Today it has been reported that MEG has asked the Alberta Energy Regulator for a 3 year delay in the approval process for the May River Project that would add 164,000 barrels of bitumen per day. MEG is down 0.97% on this news so the market doesn't seem too concerned on this deferral request. Would you agree? What are the pros and cons to this delay and given MEG is considered to be a take over candidate would this be seen as favourable by a potential purchaser? Thanks Gordon
