Q: On April 28, 2026, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories became the first company approved by Health Canada to sell a generic version of the popular diabetes and weight-loss drug Ozempic (semaglutide).

While Dr. Reddy's is an international company with a significant presence in Canada, they are the first to pass the regulatory hurdles for this specific drug in Canada.

would you have any comments re: if one could invest in Dr Reddy's stock? I think the demand for OZEMPIC will increase
can you suggest an entry point? thanks

Q: Hi,
Kits or Well …?what company to you think is better going forward? Sell a losing position in Well in registered account and switch to Kits or just continue to hold Well which has been frustrating. A brief explanation for your rationale would be great. Thanks for all that you do!

Q: I recently read that Brookfield may be looking at consolidating these two stocks. I currently hold BIPC in a cash account, partly for the Canadian dividend tax credit and partly to avoid a US limited partnership, with tax withholding and (as I understand it) an onerous withholding of sale proceeds. Could you comment on what might be happening here and any suggestions on how to proceed.
Thank-you

Q: I recently initiated positions in both BEPC and BIPC. I was confronted with the decision to invest in the LP or the corporations. In the end, I decided to invest in the corps as it was in a taxable account, and I wanted to keep thing simple from a tax perspective. Now I find out today that the company is profiting (at my expense) by running an arbitrate strategy between the two classes of shares. How is this in my best interest as a shareholder of the corporations (vs LPs)? Does this open the company up to liability in the sense they are treating each class of shares differently? Can't help feeling both betrayed and regret that I should have bought the LPs. Should I do the same and sell the corps to buy the LP’s or just let it play out?

Q: Hi,

I wanted to get your thoughts on Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation (BIPC). The stock dropped about 10% today despite reporting solid Q1 2026 results — FFO was up 10% and they raised the dividend 6%. The stock is now near its 52-week low around $35.50.

Given the current interest rate environment and BIPC's debt exposure (particularly in Brazil), do you think this sell-off is an overreaction and a buying opportunity, or are there fundamental concerns I should be aware of before adding to my position?

Looking forward to your thoughts.

Q: Kel is up 20% in the past few trading sessions and HME is up 16%. I like them both but feel they have really had hyperbolic moves lately.

If you were going to open positions in these 2 energy plays would you wait or buy at current market.

If wait, at what price?
