Q: Man--Best Q for Rev & EBITDA.But missed EPS expectations 7 of 9 last Qs.Does this indicate a management issue? Is it time for me(p/p $17.28,a 34% loss) to move on?If so.please suggest a replacement(does not have to be in same sector).Initial big pop($12.29H up 0.89),then disappeared to only 0.02 gain for the day.Maybe partially due to u comment this morning.Txs for u usual great services & views

Q: Hi 5i
Considering the current price of secondary offering of lspd having been set at $35...how do you view the upcoming end of the insider share lockout period and it’s potential negative effect on share price sentiment?
I’m considering the potential combined impact of these two events.
Would you be buyers at this time? If so what price would you consider reasonable entry for 2 -3 year hold.
Thx

Q: As a follow up to my last question re International ETF's, it looks like to me that XEC holds the international companies directly and ZEM holds 2 if not 3 US listed ETF's among some direct companies and thus would be less tax efficient, in a non registered account, as the US listed ETFs (holding the international names) would be subjected to two taxes.
I'm going by the chart put out by First asset that you referenced in a previous question on ETF Structure and tax implications.
Thanks again
Jeff
