Q: If you had to choose two at this time for a growth-oriented investor which would you go with?

Q: My question relates to a stock like TTD (which I have been in and out of) vs holding SIS. I do own SIS and believe it will eventually get somewhere. The dividend while waiting is nice. The ask today is whether you would advocate being out of SIS so as to deploy into something like TTD, AYX or even to start a new position in SHOP if the pull back gets more aggressive? The assumption is that it's either SIS or one of the above mentioned stocks but not both.

Q: I have an 18 year old grandson who has $2,000 to invest.Is it worthwhile to have him start a TFSA? He won’t need the money until Jan.2022.What could he possibly invest in for such a short time frame?Do the banks charge any fees to open/administer a TFSA ?

Q: I currently hold the following technology equities in my portfolio: AAPL, TEAM, CSU, and LSPD. I'm considering selling LSDP (up 14%) and purchasing either SHOP or DSG. I would like a bit less volatility and more consistent growth. Does this seem reasonable and which would you choose or do you have another idea?

Q: I purchased these when issued at $115. In a way, CSU used the high issue price to pay the first 3 years of interest payments. I purchased these as part of my bond portion, and had intended to keep this until my end.

For CSU, this interest must be expensive. Given that they released the debentures at a 15% premium, would calling it back be viewed as bad faith?
There is some capital appreciation, should I capture this and flip into a bond etf?

Q: Hi,
I am wondering what to do with CCL.B now that it has fallen quite dramatically. I trimmed an oversized position last August, leaving a normal weighting for the holding. With the decline I am now underweight. My question is should I top it up to bring it back to a normal weight, sell it since it is a small holding, or do nothing and live with the underweight position (it is my smallest holding at around 2% of equities).

Q: In a response to Manish on Feb 20 you said occupancy was 98.2%. In reviewing SIA's report, this figure refers to LTC occupancy. It appears that total property occupancy was 87.9% in 2019, down from 91.7% in 2018. Could you clarify which figure is the appropriate one to use. Also, how does total occupancy and any yearly change compare to the other major players in senior residences.
