What would be your picks in small cap 5 G space that look they will be there for awhile

Q: Are there any north american companies that are selling 5G, worth investing in.

Q: I want to get back to just one Canadian bank, planning on 3-5 years. I traded BNS for BMO last fall. BMO is up about 12%, and BNS is back to par. I did not intend to be trading the stocks again, but now I am thinking I should take the 12% BMO profit, and put it in BNS. BNS has a slightly higher dividend, and long-term, both are good, stable stocks. I have about 1% in TD, which I plan to sell. BMO IS about 3% of my portfolio. US banks another 2%.
Is this a good idea, or do you have one Canadian Bank you prefer for 3-5 Year. Thanks

Also, in your opinion, which specific companies will benefit most from the impending shift from gas to electric powered vehicles (that is, companies that will be tasked with building the infrastructure such as commercial and residential charging stations, etc.)?

Q: Is there any reason to choose between them, or buy both?

Q: You noted a couple of days ago that you (almost) always put a limit price in place when buying/selling. The few times that I have done this I find it to be very cumbersome because I then often have to wait or even check back an hour or two later to find out if I was able to purchase the stock at my chosen price. I have even missed out on a purchase because I went in too low. While it is nice to get the lowest price I am a bit confused as to your comments because you often state that it is best to purchase a stock without trying to time it too carefully because in the long run (and I am a long term holder) a few cents here or there isn't going to be material. So when do you suggest we place a limit on the buy - always, only with small caps, only when it is a lightly traded stock or just when the bid-ask is rather large? And if using a limit, how do you know what price to go in at?

Do you have any concerns about GSY..I saw cbc marketplace video on goeasy/ easyhome...they seem to be operating like a loan shark with interest rates which are barely legal...Wondering if you could give your thoughts and/ or suggest an alternative. Thanks.

I dodged a bullet with hbc , I was so fed up with the gong show I decided to keep the stock, knowing if the deal feel through it would go way down, but I figured the clowns behind it were going to suffer a lot more than me, I did sell at $ 10.80, just glad to be out with a little profit. Next up is ret, not sure what to do it......avergae down and hope for a recovery, or hand on or just sell. It is in a non tax account. Trying to get my head around it, they have lots of cash, not sure the value of their properties, can not find out what they own and what they lease. What do you feel about this one, does it go down the drain like woodwards, Eatons Sears......etc.....look forward to your opinion

Q: Re comments on portfolio concentration what is your opinion on dxg's strategy of a concentrated 10 position portfolio. I look at their portfolio from time to time and positions seem to turnover frequently.
The performance continues to impress, would you agree.

Q: I bought 5,000 shares of crescita in my tfsa and bought after Knight sold their shares. Do you think the stock is being accumulated now by a big company for a possible takeover. They are profitable and have a good product. I bought it at $1.20 and it hovers around .90 to .97. Would you move on if you owned?

Q: I am looking for a low fee Canadian equity fund or, preferably, ETF with good diversification. More specifically, less financial content than the TSX.
In 2017 you seemed to like MKC but there are no recent comments on it. What do you think of it today?

Q: If one had the assumption that the USD was to go lower, would it be more beneficial to buy MMX in CAD or USD, given the underlying commodity (gold) is priced in USD? Would the effect of a lower USD be offset by a higher gold price in USD? Essentially I am wondering whether I would I get a better overall return by holding it in CAD under the assumption of a lower USD. Having a tough time figuring this out. Thank you.

Q: Comment on earnings please

Q: PWF's investment in fintec (wealthsimple) as weĺl as their dividend looks interesting for a 5 to 10 year hold. The reorganization with POW also looks to have potential to unlock value and increase dividends. Do you recommend investing a full position at this time and if so, in which company. Alternatively, is there a better investment in fintec?

Q: This is more an observation rather than a question. On January 10th 2020 the Wall street Journal had a piece on the harmful practice of flaring natural gas. It referred to only one company and that was Questor. The CEO was referred to twice and also quoted.
