Q: Can you break down their exposure to various types of real estate? Eg. Commercial, apartment, industrial. How does the recent issuer bud change this?

Q: Would you consider these as early winners as AI "picks and shovels", quite apart from SMCI which has had a huge run-up?
What are your views on other hardware for cloud benefitting from AI - such as, IBM DELL HPE NET and CSCO. Bottom line - which are buyable today or could you suggest buy prices?

Q: I am seeking to understand geographic diversification as I confine my equity exposure to those listed in Canada or USA. However, many of these equities have international operations outside of North America. I think of this as my international diversification, although I believe this is not how geographic diversification is generally viewed. Appreciate any brief comments or insight you can give. This may be too general a topic to reply to in brief, so perhaps you could advise one or 2 references on the topic.

Q: I have to sell most of my TFSA holdings but have the option to leave a bit in the account. I have approximately equal positions in the following stocks and I am down on each one. Each seem to have positive comments from the 5i team.

Could you please rank the 4 stocks in the order that you would keep them for a 5+ year hold in the TFSA?

GSY (-39%), SHOP (-15%), ATZ (-27%), TOI (-14%)

Q: Do you think Mastercard has the potential to outperform the market over the next three to five years? The company has had to cut the fee it charges retailers in various countries, it is facing lawsuits regarding its high fees, and it has more competition now. Do you think the cash-to-card runway opportunity outweighs the risk of a drop in revenue due to lower fees? Also, in the US, where merchants may be allowed to choose another payment network even if the customer pays via a Mastercard, do you think Mastercard has an advantage with its value-added services?

Q: This is in response to Jim’s question regarding selling covered calls on Microsoft. I understand the fear of it easily rising above the strike price. Just a suggestion from an amateur, if you feel it would likely go up, you could instead sell a put. This is, of course, an opinion on the direction the stock is headed and 5i may not suggest that. Paypal had interest in Pins,or was this never the case?Could you think of any other companies that might be interested in Pins?
