Q: I need in increase my portfolio weightings in Consumer Cyclical and Utilities. I currently hold AQN, BIP.UN and FTS in Utilities in roughly equal amounts and hold QSR and LNF for Consumer Cyclical with QSR double the holding of LNF. Should I add to my current positions to increase my weighting in both sectors or consider adding new stocks?

Q: The National Bank of Canada has recently introduced online trading for $0/stock trades and $1.25/contract for option trades. Their trading platform is free if you do a minimum 15 trades/month. I calculate saving about $350/month if I switch from the TD. Do you see any downside?

Q: What is the latest information on the forward P/E for REAL? It would seem with the price drop REAL must be cheap by now. I would like your opinion on when GSY might be considered an addition to the Balanced portfolio? Is it a matter of sector weighting that would preclude its inclusion? It seems to be a perfect stock for the folio. Growth and a growing dividend.

Q: What is your opinion re this company (and the upcoming merger with Telesat)? With reported earnings and the potential for dividend hikes later this year, what looks better to you now; Cdn Banks or Cdn Insurance Co's ?
