Q: Endo reported today and took a $276 writedown on Paladin due to end of drug patents amid lower sales. Does this help Knight's case to purchase this company and considering the shape Paladin seems to be in, should they really wantit?

Q: Could you please give your out look Empire Co.
Q: We have been waiting and waiting for a turn around in the Oil & Gas Equipment Svcs space for awhile but no real traction has happened yet. The company keeps indicating they are seeing positive activity and pricing trends but each quarter the results don't reflect their assessment. They are now saying H1 2017 is a transition period leading to better times in H2 2017. What is your assessment of CFW's risk of running out of money or experiencing a negative credit event (i.e CCAA / Chapter 11) due to a lack of a turnaround in the Oil & Gas Equipment Svcs space and why?
Q: For a little penny stock fun, I purchased Medx Health last year for 12 cents. It went well into 20's, but has now retreated to 12. would very much appreciate your professional review/assessment

Q: TD represents 6% BNS 4% and CM 2% of my portfolio with no other banks.
I am considering switching BNS and CM to RY or should I go with ZBK for direct exposure to the US. Objective is growth. Should i increase my financial exposure? Add insurance Co or stick with banks?

Q: Can you please provide your thoughts on the high diversification funds offered by TOBAM through Mackenzie.
Q: Hello 5i team,
Your article on hedging for a market downturn is quite timely; thank you.
A 5% or 10% correction is not too worrisome as it could be recovered in a relatively short period of time.
I do not foresee a "black swan" event; do you? In my opinion, the current steepness of the yield curve does not signal the eventuality of such an event.
Regards,
Antoine

Q: Hi,
I have a few thousand dollars to put into something looking for high potential growth. I have many years I can wait, don't need income (but all drips available are being utilized). Without considering portfolio weightings which of these would you consider to have the most upside? I'm totally ok with risk, as I have the well balanced, safer part of my portfolio in place. If not any of these could you offer a few other names please. If you like the names I've listed could you rank them in order of preference for high growth?
Thanks!

Q: Please dock two questions for this:
1. Would EIF be best held in a TFSA or non-registered account?
2. What would you recommend for a high divdiend paying stock in the consumer space for a non-registered account. Would BPF.UN be a good choice?
