Q: As per your recent guidance, with interest rates plateauing, ZRE seems to be bottoming. What would be your opinion re moving some money from VFV, and putting it in ZRE. VFV has done very well and is scheduled to do well in the future. Do you recommend this kind of movement of fixed income from one group to another. Q: Can you list out a 5 securities (US or Canada) which you feel are mispriced (ie. where the price is substantially lower than its true value)? I know folks that 5i are generally growth investors, but also know that Warren Buffet's approach is also widely respected.

Q: I recently shorted some puts on VZ with the idea of locking in a "decent" ($34) purchase price and making a few $$ in advance of the next dividend. The lead wire scandal seems to open up VZ and the other telecom carriers to punitive lawsuits akin to the situation with MMM and the earplugs. Given the seemingly inevitable assignment of my puts and the grindingly long-term nature of U.S. group personal injury claims, and the words of the Clash, "Should I Stay or Should I Go?". I am a retired income investor who, at 62, still needs inflation resistance.

Q: Good morning,

As a follow-up to David’s question in May about CRH becoming listed on a US exchange:
If I buy the current CRH adrs, do they become automatically converted to the US listed shares when the new listing becomes available? Just curious how that would work…

And can I get your current thoughts on the quality and valuation of this CRH? Is it a buy at this price? I’m looking to add to my only other materials stock, which is LIN.

Q: Hi, Analysts seem to like Constellation's proposed transaction of Blue Knight's Optimal Blue. It was also mentioned by National Bank analyst that the purchase price of USD 700 Million, seems to be rather on the lower side ( as not revised by the seller) and benefits CSU. Also, it looks like Constellation is now getting into bigger deal sizes.

What's your take on this for the company's future growth and on our investment in CSU stock ?

Q: VSOL construct tall stand alone SOLAR towers that have Solar Panels on all four sides. These take up 1/9 the space of Solar Farms. There is one in BC and one in Florida. Good for industrial Parks or small towns. Patent Pending. Volume is picking up and shares are advancing. Shares trade at 84 cents Should I purchase shares ? Your thoughts please RAK

Q: What's the reason on why PXT opened this morning and took a big hit - down almost 8% at one time. Would it have anything to do with abandoning the an exploratory well? This is all the info I can get

Q: Hi, the last response (Mar '23) on JWEL was ..."It's 18X earnings, we think 15X would be a better price point.", what would 15x equate to in stock price?
Has anything else changed since the release of Q1 results that gives you more hope or that we have seen perhaps a bottom in the stock price? It hit a 52 week low yesterday. There has been insider buying last 3-6 months vs sells. Has this essentially become a value stock now vs growth?
I do not own but it is on my watch list.

Q: PJAN— Innovator U.S. Equity Power Buffer ETF (not in your data base). This ETF sounds fascinating. The fund sheet demonstrates the manager’s fondness for complex word choices and I am not sure that I understood the fund info. Would you be good enough please to explain the ETF’s strategy and tactics?
