Q: Can you comment on illumin holding's announcement yesterday? how will it impact the company and the stock price going forward?

ILLM upped its revenue guidance for the 2Q to $33M from current estimates of $30M. That's good; on the Nasdaq de-listing, with the low stock price and lack of interest from US investors this makes sense. It is very expensive to carry a US listing, and for a small company this can eat into margins. The buyback makes sense as the company is overcapitalized with $80M cash. While it will decrease the float of shares, it will increase per share earnings leverage, so we would view it as a positive development.
