Q: Please give your opinion on this REIT's third quarter results released today. Is this a good entry point for a full position primarily for income. Other than CAR.UN, can you recommend other apartment REITS for income?
Q: Chartwell Retirement Residence announced today a $245 million dollars bought deal with a nice discount of 3.10% the funds will be used by the company to finance the purchase of five retirement residence in Alberta. Do you like the acquisition? Would you participate in the deal? I do like the sector due to the demographic trend, and I am an income oriented investors.

We've received an Information Circular, via the mail, regarding the acquisition of CEF.A, by Sprott Gold and Silver Trust. The "circular" (I have seen MUCH smaller phone books) is written in legalese, a language few understand. I note you had a question on this back in March, but none since.
Can you advise a course of action, or what really needs to be done on our part. We are very small shareholders, so will have no impact on any vote.
