Q: With the latest news about CBL and the big drop in stock price, what do you suggest a shareholder do (if anything)? Can this company be trusted? They report earnings Thursday after the close but can we believe what they say? I stayed "patient" with DH, Concordia, and HCG only to add to the initial losses. Do you think they can recover from this even if it is shown that no fraud has occurred? As usual, your thoughts please.

Q: why do you say crh has to have management changes , because management missed guidance, lots of companies miss guidance and you do not call for mgmt changes, kinaxis missed guidance, pivot missed guidance the list goes on and on. dave

Q: Hello, you have mentioned before that HR.UN has $6 billion in debt. When I look at the data on TMX Money the company has a market cap of just over $6 billion. A) Does that worry you to see that the debt and the market cap are of about the same magnitude? B) What is HR.UN debt-to-cash flow ratio? Is that too high? HR.UN is not performing well in 2017, may be this is just cyclical I don't know. Regards, Gervais

Could you also explain the way they have announced the payout ratio at 72 % They also have a debt/ Gross Book Value of 55.1 % Is this a significant level of debt
