Q: I have some questions on Altagas. Would a person be better to buy ACI later this month, because it should have better growth(propane export).
Also, If I were to buy Altagas now , is there not a fair chance of the dividend being cut, because of reduced cash flow(selling Canadian assets). Would you please comment on these aspects. Will ACI have a dividend and how much.
TSGI I was thinking of selling for tax purposes and would like to buy back after 30 days.. Do you know when the next report will be out, I thought perhaps in the middle of Nov.. Thanks in advance Love your service Earl

Q: I currently own in my RRSP's SMU.UN, WIR.U, ACR.UN, DIR.un, IIP.UN,KMP.UN.
I know rising interest rates are not the friend of REIT's That is the current environment, not telling when it will stop. And it is pretty vicious currently.
Do you think it prudent to sell these stocks (all are up nicely) and repurchase them when the increasing interest rate chatter subsides, or would you hold?
In your response please advise 'why' as well.
Thanks

Sheldon

Q: Do you think these 3 ETFs, provide a diversified enough portfolio? I plan to invest equal amounts in these ETFs and re-balance every year. They would be held in a RRSP, RESP and TFSA. Does it matter in which accounts I hold these ETFs? I plan to supplement my income I receive when I retire. I am basically looking to put together a portfolio that I know will be around long after I die. I'm only 30, but I've been listening to John Bogle and Warren Buffett speak about what they believe individual investors should do with their money.

Q: Good evening

Are there any data centre REITs that you would recommend. This is a growth dsector, but P/Es are very high. Alternatively, are there other REIT sub-sectors [such as gaming, 5G towers] that you would prefer. I am looking for REITs that can sustain high interest rates sand continue to grow and throw off decent yield.
Thx
Sam

Q: A recent Globe & Mail article listed a few examples of medical technology stocks. One could add others - ISRG. Could you comment on this sub-sector and recommend your top 2 or 3 Cdn and US stocks for long-term, and what is it about these that stands out in terms of unique contribution to healthcare and reduced healthcare costs.
