Q: Good Afternoon
Can you help explain the large drop on REAL since August? Granted there was a small miss on latest earnings, expectations were high. However from your previous answers and comments from management there are many good things happening. I’m just trying to align those comments with what is happening to the SP?

Q: Hi 5i
Blackberry had a large move up this morning...do you have any insight as to why.
Current share holder finally in a break even position.....depending on the reason for the move up would you continue to hold or sell and move on.

Chart looks good, lumber price up, consumer cyclical stocks rolling, good latest reporting, and debt reduction.
Dividend not a consideration to me.

I just noticed the book value of my BEP.un dropped a lot from August, is it because the free BEPC given to share holders´É. Also, the description of the free shares says non-taxable. Will appreciate your explanation.

Q: In a previous question your replied "The 17% discount makes sense considering the stock has only traded above $1.40 for two days."
I would have expected the price would have been set/negotiated at some point prior to the announcement and so would have been at a premium while this was in "the works" which I thought would have been prior to the increase. But I suspect I'm not correct on this. Can you explain how this bought deal pricing is set? Thanks John

Q: Hi 5i team : what level of cash do you recommend in a portfolio ?, this outside the requirements of cash required for our own expenses (so not to sell stocks when the market had crashed/bottomed due to cash needs) . Q: I see that Mr Parent has been awarded the order of Canada. A good testament to the quality of CAE management. What is the 5I view of the recent acquisition of Tru Simulation.
Is it material?
CAE management must be positive about their future.

Q: IIROC has suspended trading, pending delisting.
As far as I know Mene has provided all documents so I suspect the delisting may be to take Mene private. Insiders own about 80% of the stock. If this is what is happening, how do you see this played out ? Is there any chance shareholders will get nothing or little ?

Q: I am surprised that there have not been more questions on this stock (I count three in the last year), given its performance (from .40 to 26.00, 5300% according to T.R.). I appreciate it was higher in past years, but, still, there must be something moving this one. It is, now, a 2 billion market cap company. Perhaps I am just missing something. I would appreciate your thoughts going forward.
