Q: I know you folks remain generally positive regarding the markets but assuming NAFTA does get killed, what stocks in the Income and Balanced Portfolios are at the greatest risk. Thanks as always.

Q: With MX and CCL already owned in a materials allocation, and having just sold Stella Jones, would you add TECK or WEF? Thank-you.

Q: Follow balanced equity portfolio and rebalancing. I do not have the 6 companies above. Please rank them in the order I should add. Any I should wait on to purchase for a price adjustment?

Q: Peter and Team:

I am a long term investor and understand your thoughts on market timing and political influences.
Having said that, which companies in your balanced portfolio stand the most to loose if we get into a protracted trade dispute with Donald and his gang.

Thanks

Phil

Q: Hello 5i team,
In response to a member's question regarding the number of holdings in the BE portfolio, you mentioned that your were hoping to reduce it from 27 to 25...hopefully via possible takeovers; which 2 did you have in mind?
Thanks,
Antoine

Q: Full position in forestry sector to invest which would you select SJ or WEF. Both have had good years and seem to be pulling back. I know you guys tend to avoid market timing but I need to ask if you have a good entry point price for each. I loosely follow your balanced growth portfolio ( lean towards SJ) but am not against a bit more growth with WEF. Balanced equity transitioning from a more growth portfolio 3-5 year outlook, high risk tolerance.

Q: I follow your balanced equity portfolio. Do not own RHT, WEF, Teck.b and CAE. Please rank in order of how I should purchase.

Q: I own NTR as a commodities play on the possibility of a weaker US dollar (among other reasons). I also follow BE. Your recent portfolio changes suggest a move from NTR to WEF might make sense for me. I have no particular love for NTR (and agree about dragging their feet on the dividend), and always like to reduce my non-BE holdings where appropriate. I regret not selling NTR at 65, but investing is about future prices, not past. My question for you is do you think near term total return will be better with WEF or NTR? I would appreciate some analysis as to why, and if you don't like to make near-term predictions please provide your thoughts on a switch from NTR to WEF. I know they are in different spaces but they would I think fill a similar role in a portfolio--non-metals, non-energy commodity exposure. I would appreciate your views. Thanks!

Q: I'm interested in taking a position in the forestry sector as this high flying sector is seemingly under the radar. Of the following main stocks in forestry: WEF, CFP, CAS, IFP WFT, OSB, kindly rank them in the order of which ones should have the highest growth potential in the next year or so. Thanks.

Q: If one wanted to add exposure to the lumber industry do you have a favourite among these? I see that Resolute seems to have run away from the pack. WEF has trailed the others recently and has caught my eye. Please let me know which lumber stock you would suggest and why. It would also be helpful to know if you see adding in this sector as well timed or poorly timed. Thanks
