Q: I am considering selling CSU and dividing the proceeds 75% to LMN and 25% TOI as I already have a partial position in TOI. Your opinion please.

Q: Hi

In your answer to Jeff, you stated "CASH pays a 4.51% yield while MNY pays a 4.83% yield."

I couldn't find those yields anywhere. I see gross yields of 3.72% and 4.38% on their websites, respectively.

Where is your source?

Q: Hi,
PLTR has had an incredible run but I believe the fundamentals are disconnected from the stock price. Trading at fwd P/E 150x and P/S 46x!! I believe this not sustainable with the estimated growth. What would PLTR have to grow rev and eps by for the next 5-10 years to get to this valuation? I'm looking to short PLTR and I know the risks of shorting stocks but I believe the risk/reward is good here and the stock will pullback. I am long the tech sector so this is somewhat of a hedge. Your thoughts?

Q: I was wondering which Canadian stocks do you feel would do well with the upcoming change in US administration, and which will do badly. I assume that most will change a bit one way or another, but I am concerned about significant changes - like with MG or LNR due to tariffs.

Q: Is it advisable to buy an ETF so late in the year
I remember?? reading an article regarding taxation on distributions, namely that you are taxed on the total years distributions, even though you have not received the entire years distribution if u purchase late in the year
Appreciate any clarification you can offer on this
Or should I wait till January 2025 to purchase?

Q: What is 5i opinion of Investor Business Daily service? They publish an IBD50 and IBD Big Cap 20 list. Have you looked at these names on the list over any period of time and is it a valuable tool? You may not be able to answer this if you don't use the service but if you do out of the names on the lists what would be your top 5-7 names?

Q: High, I'm a 62 year old retiree with the following ETF'S in my portfolio: HBAL, HAZ, VRIF & VDY. I currently have 25% cash holding and looking to invest in a global balanced fund geared more towards the US market.Can you please recommend 2 ETF'S that would compliment the above holdings.

Q: Hello
My GIC has just matured in my RRSP. The rates are low now and was thinking of putting the money in either of the above two ETFs which have a higher yield.
MNY has a higher interest but higher MER but better return overall however seems riskier then CASH. What would your suggestion be, would you have another favorite or would you invest in some other "safe" income instrument in the RRSP, ie ENB?
