Q: Hi 5i,
I am looking at adding OSB in my dividend portfolio. I see it is trading around P/E=4.2 with a yield of about 17%. Is yield safe and have they cut yield in the past? Is their debt manageable? Is the low price just due to the current low demand for building products? What sector does OSB fit into? Is their any growth in the future?
Thanks for your views on this company.

Q: Hi,

By my analysis, Telus has achieved 6% growth of stock growth over the last five years, while RCI has achieved 12% over the last five years. Why the discrepancy and which telco do you think will perform better in next five years, if any?

Q: I’m considering Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (BIP.UN) for my TFSA as a means of diversifying from common shares while maintaining a return above current fixed income rates. Would you recommend the current price of $54.92 as a reasonable entry point or is there a valuation point that you would be more suitable considering that I would also like to ensure potential growth? Alternatively, is there another security you would consider in order to achieve my goals.

Q: Hello 5i
I've not been impressed with CDZ's performance of late. I see that you keep recommending it even though their fees are higher due to better diversification. I believe they've been hurt recently by one large holding that went south, AGF I think. I'm puzzled by all this so what advice do you have? Is there alternative in this segment for a long term hold?

Thanks for the service
