Q: HELLO TEAM... I am building a small cap dividend income portfolio as part of an overall income plan-it will comprise only 5-10% of my overall portfolio ( mainly for diversification). The names I have chosen so far include DBM, CJR.B. KPT, TTR-all nice dividends with some growth potential. Do you have any other ideas for this adventure ...once again many thanks regards gary

Q: In a September 29th question I asked if Emera had missed estimates and you said they missed 4 out of the past 8 quarters. Yet I look at the chart and it keeps going up, currently hitting resistance at $60/share.

Why/How does it keep going up even though it has missed estimates when other utilities like AQN are getting hammered?

Thanks

Q: I used the recent weakness to add TCL to my portfolio a few weeks back when I felt the slide had ended. Starting to feel like I jumped in too early with the further drops in the past week... Are you still strong supporters of TCL in the income portfolio? It does have a good yield so not an issue if you still like the company long term.

Q: Any comments on DR as it has been going down steadily over the last couple of weeks. I've been trying to sell into the previous strength. My intent is to exit this position and I am prepared to just proceed but if this current weakness is tax loss selling or a fund exiting their position I would be prepared to wait for the new year. I've got about a 25% loss on my position.

Q: I am currently looking to increase allocations in LIF (1.8%) ,NTR (2.1%), NWC (1.2%) and PBH (1.95%).

Two questions

1) Would you avoid increasing the allocations on any of these?

2) In what order would you purchase the remaining?

THANK YOU for your superb advice and service.
