Q: I just upgraded to portfolio analytics and one of the suggested is upping my US market exposure plus adding to Healthcare and Industrials. I was looking at the XGI, ZUH, HHL to do this but am open to other suggestions.

Q: Parex news reports. in addition to mentioning the impressive buyback program, have been referring to Columbian riots that have been impacting its ability to distribute its product. I don't anticipate any big insights on Columbian politics but has Parex released any news that might indicate whether the recent declines are more opportunity than "imminent collapse"?

Q: I sold BCE this morning and now have $61,000 cash in my $112,000 TFSA. I'm 85 years old and like 3 or 4 growth stock suggestions for a 2-3 year time frame. My present holdings are 16% BAM.A (up 43%), 16 % HR.UN (down 20 %), 3% TIXT (up 1%), and 10 % WPM (up 25 %). Thanks for your suggestions.

With regards to the run up on copper prices over the last year my concerns are about China's warning on the high price and it's possible "clampdown" on the excessive speculation within it's country.For now, the price of copper has been pausing ,but the forces of demand due to expanding economies ought to push prices higher.How could China's "warnings"affect earnings of all copper producers looking at two or three years down the road?

Q: TRP.PR.J is being redeemed at the end of this month. Are there any signs or warnings that a company may be redeeming their preferred shares? I would prefer not to invest in a particular preferred share if it is being redeemed in near future unless redemption is at a premium to current market value.

Q: I have owned blackstone for years and done well with it. Do you think I should take advantage of the run up in the Share price recently and sell it or is the company still fairly valued and poised for continuing its run? My position size is not unreasonably high so not to worry about portfolio weight. Thanks

Q: Hi, Topicus released excellent results, 3 weeks ago and stock touched an all time high of $94.80. However, since then it has been in a continuous downtrend and as of today, lost 20% of its value from the peak. Stock's decline over this period has been relentless and rather systematic. Specially for past 1 week, stock can not seem to hold its open and close lower, every single day, no matter what the rest of technology sector is doing.

Volume, though, has been low, which could imply that sellers are not institutions, rather some retail investors booking their profit, from the free shares received or bought cheaper, during initial listing days.

Your recent comments have also been consistent with this observation and you have expressed your comfort with buying/adding at current levels for long term. So we have done and we hope (with Constellation Software's incredible history, in mind) to do well over next several years.

However, the price action of the stock has been weak and frustrating, to say the least.

It would be really helpful, if you could share any further thoughts or insight.

Q: I own this stock because they are the lowest cost gas producer in Canada and I always thought LNG was a no brainer and would get built in B.C. Today only one facility looks like it will be completed and gas seems a lot less attractive without the possibility of LNG. Is it time to move on although gas stocks still seem cheap? This is my only energy stock. THANKYOU
