Q: Hello 5I,
The following 6 Canadian companies compose of 30% ish of my total stock portfolio.
I know weightings are personal but would YOU be able to comment if you see any problem with these concentrated positions? Too concentrated, need to spread them out more evenly? Missing some other critical holdings to complement the holdings?

CSU - 8.73%
BN - 8.29%
ATD - 5.12%
CP - 2.15%
X - 3.77%
CNQ - 1.63%
Total: 30% ish of portfolio

Q: What are your thoughts on the take over offer?
I'm surprised the board has accepted such a puny premium - which, given that the offer is only 50% cash may turn out to be no premium, or worse.
What do you think might be the chances of a rival offer? What about odds of shareholder acceptance?

Q: Hello 5i Guys

I'm looking for income (not worried about growth) and see MKP pays a nice dividend. Interest Rates are trending lower so maybe mortgage renewals won't be terrible.

What's your opinion of MKP for stability and (somewhat) consistency on the dividend for an income investor.

Q: What is your opinion on Atkins Realis Group and its current valuation ? This Co seems to have a stronghold in the infrastructure space globally including expertise in Nuclear reactors market. ( with all the power/energy needs around datacentres and US Admn push for nuclear energy).

We took a small initial position, with today's market pullback.

We also own WSP Global, for a while with a 3% position.

Does it make sense to own Both with an even split or just one holding is enough for this sector ? And if so, which will be your favorite and why ?
