Q: Hi Guys,
I am unable to have a US Direct Investing account for my kids RESP through RBC. Do you have any thoughts on best institutions (ie. minimal fees, straightforward to use, safe) to transfer and hold RESP funds to - and, of course, to be able to trade in US market?
Thanks so much!

Q: We definitely bought TRI at the recent high and ever since TRI seems to be falling .5-1% per day. My husband wants to sell and cut our losses. I think TRI must be close to its bottom. Has there been a fundamental change, or has the sentiment change just been over last quarter’s miss? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Q: Hi 5i,
Would appreciate you thoughts on DND's current prospects.
Given all the negative news surrounding the company, does it make sense to continue to hold on to the potential chance that the company will be bought out and taken private?
Otherwise will most likely sell before year end to take advantage of the tax loss.
Appreciate the service as always.
Thanks,
Greg C.

Q: Is there anything besides huge gains this year and therefore an expected volatility behind the slide from 43 to 34?

Q: Hi 5i team,
I am interested in WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC's (WBI) recent IPO and its unique business model within the Permian Basin water management sector. I would appreciate your insights on the following aspects regarding WBI’s long-term growth prospects and its capital-light strategy in the energy infrastructure sector:
1. How do you assess the sustainability of WBI’s margins and cash flow profile, especially considering the long-term, CPI-linked contracts and the increasing scarcity of pore space for water disposal in the Permian Basin?
2. What is WBI’s competitive position as the industry shifts from in-house management of water infrastructure by exploration and production (E&P) companies to outsourcing?
3. What are the key risks and potential inflection points related to state regulatory changes, environmental liabilities, or technological advancements in produced water reuse or disposal (such as desalination for beneficial reuse)?
4. How does WBI compare to other listed midstream alternatives in terms of attractiveness, especially from the perspective of Canadian investors seeking exposure to this mid-cap, high-margin segment in the US? What are the risk/reward considerations?
Thank you for your insights!
Best,
Matt

Q: Hello 5i team,
I hold a concentrated stock portfolio. If I was to start buying ETF's; which 5 or 6 would you recommend me buying slowly over the next few years that will give me a diversified portfolio. Five or six ETF's that I can continue to dollar cost average into over the next 5 years.
Thank you,
Brent

Q: Good Morning 5i Team,
In my TFSA I have some cash parked from the sale of some equities. I'm looking to move this cash into a few grow potential stocks, with a growth horizon of 5 years +. I do have a decent risk tolerance. With this in mind, what would be the 3-5 companies I should be researching?

Q: Hello 5i
In the early part of September, the stock shot up. Now it seems to be sinking back down. Is there any reason for these movements? Could you please suggest a good entry point to buy.
You continually give great advice. Thank you so much!

Q: What do you folks think of the proposal to cut back required financial reporting by public companies from quarterly to semiannually.
Q: Why is SRAD's price slipping? In the past you have recommended the stock and, at one point, I was up 30%. Now up only 12% and dropping. Do I hang on or quit while I'm ahead? What needs to happen for this negative trend to reverse itself? Thank you.

Q: I currently have a 3.5% position in HOOD. I am considering a small position in GLXY - say 1.5% - bringing my total exposure to 5%. Being mindful of crypto's volatility, in your view, is a 5% exposure here too high?
