Q: LSPD punished on Monday. A China based virus seems an unlikely catalyst for the 7 % decline on a day when not much moved so significantly. Simple profit taking after the run up or has something changed? Is it a stronger buy on Tuesday than it was Friday or do you monitor now for lost momentum?

Q: In a response to Maureen today you listed Artis as one of two picks for a reit with a dividend over 3.5%. With all the reits out there, most of which pay well over 3.5%, why Artis? Would you please explain your reasons.

Q: Hi
I want to reduce tech in my RRSP.
Did very good with XQQ thinking of changing to EQL
Why:
EQL only 13% tech Vs. XQQ 57%
EQL 11 sectors Vs XQQ 8 sectors
EQL higher dividend

Does this make sense?

Q: You mentioned in one of your answers "rebuying later (after 30 days in a taxable account)". Does this 30 day rule [is it 30 calendar days or 30 business days] NOT apply to TFSA's or RIF's?
