Q: Hi there,

I am starting to purchase 5% weightings of the 5i BE portfolio. I will have a bit of money left over and am looking to add 1-2 names from the growth portfolio. Which of the names in your growth portfolio would be the best ideas at this current time. I already own the names which overlap between the BE and Growth portfolio.

Q: I have a question about XGD. I believe you like this fund and I've been keeping an eye on it, with a view to purchase. It keeps going up and I haven't had to guts to purchase. I have this feeling that once I purchase it, the downward trend begins! What is your view of the current price and when the party might stop?

Q: Hi, REITs have seen a strong YTD and 52 weeks returns, on the back of market volatility and "lower rates for longer" syndrome, more so after BREXIT uncertainty. I have no REITs in my portfolio now. Your recent report on Chartwell Housing is interesting. Based on demographics tailwind and low interest rates environment, if I want to initiate position in one REIT name, will CSH.un fit the bill ? Also, do you think current level at $15.70 is reasonable, although it's flirting with 52 weeks high? Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and Team,

I noticed the www.investorpedia.com recommended Master Limited Partnership (MLP) in the US for dividend income. Some of these MLPs have been posting 8-10% yield for a long term of periods. What's your opinion on this type of securities?

Q: Hello,

I am looking for something in the green energy space for a longer term hold. I would like to buy something in the solar industry and prefer a non utility stock as I have enough yield from that sector. I already own CSIQ and can buy either in the U.S. and Canada and have been looking at TSL. What are your thoughts on this company and do you see anything particularly interesting in the sector? Q: Gte has just won a court case & has come back in price with the the increase in the price of oil.I would appreciate your opinion on this company including any drawbacks such as the Columbia location.Do the risks of buying in Columbia outweigh the rewards of purchasing this stock?
