I’m particularly interested in your view on what potential there may be should PONS and related therapy be found to have good efficacy. In other words could they effectively monitize this technology free of direct competition? It seems the actual equipment would be inexpensive to produce.

Q: Happy New Year. I have a small position in this company, and I am up nicely. I am aware of the risks associated with this type of investment, however, I feel it is worth a small position (1%. Your thought on catalysts that would move this stock. If they succeed I am hoping for a double from here.

Q: I am considering initiating a small position in Helius Medical Technology because I am really interested in the treatment options for neurological disease/trauma they could potentially offer. After reading about their PoNS device in various books and articles, I recently discovered they have gone public. I know it is very early days, but in your opinion, is it a worthy investment opportunity? I would be purchasing a small amount as part of the "speculative" part of my portfolio.
