Q: I'm currently invested in some "subscription model" Companies such as $APPL, $CRM, $MSFT, $AMZN.
Are there any other companies in Canada or the US that use a "subscription model" that you can recommend?

Thanks,

Valter

Q: I have been seeing more questions on TH recently and see no reason not to begin a modest position but I wanted to compare it to two companies you have endorsed and which I own. Do you see more or less upside in TH vs RHT and COV? Could you rank these three according to growth potential and risk? To clarify, please rank 123 based on which have the most upside and 123 based on which are risky from least to most. Deduct credits as you see fit.

Thanks!

Q: Hi all at 5i, I have about 45k invested with only 5k in cash. I own all of the above names and was wondering if you were to free up some cash which of these stocks would you trim. If you think 5k in cash is enough, do you think any of these names would be good to trade for another name? Do you have any concerns over any of these names at this moment in time.

Feel free to deduct as many points as necessary.

Thanks,
Dan

Q: Hello, I have the following balanced portfolio....Can you recommend 3-5 additional names with good growth prospects and a decent current valuation that would help bring some diversification. 3-5 year time horizon.

Q: I've been a very satisfied customer of 5i since your early years, I've been introduced to many great investments, learned portfolio management skills that have made a much better investor. The area I am weakest in is a sell strategy, and I'd guess I'm not alone by reading your question section daily. Currently holding the above 3 companies with between 20 and 45% losses. What would your current thought on each be and perhaps a short overall sell strategy. Of course, deduct credits as you see fit.

Q: First, as a new investor, I have learned much from subscribing to your service. It is well worth the subscription fee. I appreciate you guys keeping the answers and advice simple and to the point. Keep it up!

I bought into NFI at a worst possible time as I'm down 17% as of today. I've stuck with them based on research here and elsewhere. Given that, I'm debating using another portfolio to obtain a position in NFI to help recoup losses as now may be a good time to invest. The same thing happened to me with RHT where I had a large loss but I later obtained a position of RHT in another portfolio and so far have a gain where I could really benefit from future growth. However, looking back at previous Balanced Growth portfolios, allocation for NFI is decreasing. Is this due to decreasing confidence with a possible end objective of ditching NFI? Monthly allocation for RHT has been relatively stable so I was more comfortable with my above plan.

Thanks

Q: Hi, I am trying to reduce/consolidate number of stocks in my portfolio and also raise some cash. Except SJ (1.5%), all others mentioned here currently have < 1% position. I am holding YGR and BDI for Energy exposure, as my only other holdings in the sector are ENB (3.5%) and PKI (1.7%). I also like the momentum and prospects, based recent developments and your comments on COV and waiting for an opportunity to add on a pullback. RHT, VB and DOL were purchased in small quantities, at the time of addition to 5i potfolios. I also like SJ, and think, market is not assigning it proper valuation at this time. So, I am considering selling RHT, VB and DOL and use some cash to add to SJ. What is your opinion ? Do you believe, there are any near term catalysts for these 3 companies to hold on for now or it should be fine to liquidate. Thanks
