Q: Hi there. I have a diversified portfolio that mixes growth & income stocks. I'm looking to boost dividend income in my non-registered accounts with hopes of some capital appreciation as well.

What would be your top 3 picks for Canadian dividend payers with a yield of >4% that are currently undervalued, or that have growth ahead of them over the next 3 years. We are already well invested in the financial space (banks, insurers), so would be great to hear your thoughts on companies in other verticals.

Rcat is flying again today. Is it worth buying or is this still a speculative meme type stock flying on no real fundamentals? Drone use seems to be increasing world wide lately but not sure it’s an industry that can produce steady results or not .

Counter to what advisors say about cleaning out your losers so as to not be in anguish every time you look at your portfolio, I have left TV on my portfolio listing in big bold red letters to remind me to be very careful of the frenzy that can occur when everyone jumps on board.
