Q: In a number of recent questions, you noted that Enwave has good growth visibility, is profitable with positive cash flow, is debt free with $9M cash and trades at a reasonable valuation. In a case of the "rich get richer", on 25 April, they received a $10M strategic equity investment from Aurora Cannabis.
My question is on their warrants as I'm constantly on the hunt for those with exceptional potential. They are very difficult to find but it now looks like ENW might qualify. Based on Friday's closing price, their intrinsic value is already $0.62 and they have 3.5 years until expiry so the time value seems very modest and the potential looks great.
As always, I would appreciate your analysis of both the Aurora investment and the warrants.

Q: Not a question but information about dividends received from the above. I have my investments at Questrade, and hold the Canadian-listed in my LIRA and TFSA and the U.S.-listed in my Spousal RRSP. I have been receiving the Canadian dividends (as per close of day Bank of Canada exchange rate) paid into my Canadian account without any fee and U.S. dividends paid as announced into my U.S. side of the account. This occurred without me making any request of Questrade. I believe it is because Brookfield pays the dividend to the brokerage in the currency of the stocks held.

Q: Hello 5i team,
I have 500k in US $'s to invest and my RSP and TFSA are both maxed out. My plan is to use this money to primarily generate income through US ETF's and US dividend stocks. With my RSP maxed out is there another strategy to avoid the 15% withholding tax, besides using the US $'s to buy CDN income producing investments. And could you please provide a few ETF's in US $'s that have a focus on income/high yielding.
Thank you,
Glen

Q: Hi,
I am looking for recommendation for a high yield position with some growth potential (yield a higher priority than growth) to replace QSR that I sold this morning. The new position will represent 4% of the overall portfolio and will be held in a taxable account. This account currently holds: ZDV, SLF, ENG, BRE, WEF. I am looking for a long term hold and ok with some risk, though WEF and BRE are on the riskier end of the scale.
Thanks,
Mike

Q: Hi
Any opinion on VWOB EM gov bond etf ? I already own some CVD and XHY. Would you consider this a good investment (high yield) for bond exposure outside Canada/US and considering slowing global growth and very high equity valuations.
Regards
Daniel
