Q: Good morning,
I've been hearing for a while how expensive sis is and how undervalued crh is. Can you comment. And also do you think now after the drop in sis and rise in crh that they are both buys today?

Q: I love investing in dividend growers, would you consider exco technologies, xtc. And sylogist, syz. Good dividend growers over about a seven year period, and can u give me two others that can consistently grow their dividends over the same period, iam more interested in small caps, thanks?

Q: Can you give me your opinion on CPX recent earnings?

Comment on the plant purchases they made.

Do you believe spot price for electricity in Alberta will go up from current (no pun intended :) 23$ per mWh?

I have held this stock for over 5 years but it has been much more volatile than say a Fortis utility.

I wonder if they have turned the corner in terms of volatility.

Q: Small caps REALLY seem to be moving, many which I own from your growth portfolio. For example, PLI, IRD, PHO, CRH, ECN, TNC, GUD, SVI, and ITC. Is it the individual stories for each stock that is pushing prices up, or do you see a larger rotation into small caps? Do you feel their is still value in the names above and in small caps in general?

Q: just noticed that on US stock exchange toy went up only 2% while it climbed 10% in canada yesterday. Is this a good opportunity to buy on the Us side this morning ? Or will it not follow the canadian price ?
went up 23 to 23.5US and 30 to 33 CDN

Q: i own che.un(-1%),csh.un(+2%),dir.un(-13%),drg.un(-7%),fcd.un(+29%),hot.un(+2%),nvu.un(-20%),and rbn.un(-7%) which represents 30% of my stock portfolio ranging from 7k to 30k per position.I need the income flow but some of these haven't performed too well over the years, am i overweight this type of security? Q: Hi You make reference to insiders only being able to sell at certain times during the year. Could you explain further please? I know of blackout periods around earnings. Also on the plus side Acumen must like SYZ alot to pick up 500 000 shares in a block trade from the insiders.

Q: I have only about 5% of my portfolio in bonds. I own some VAB, but it is showing negative return of 3 to 5% in two different accounts.
