Q: I’d like to know your opinion on Wayfair (W) please.

With the recent jump up in stock price for Lumine, would you expect some price consolidation for a while due to the size of the recent acquisition? Or, after this large purchase, are they still able to carry on with business as usual?

Q: Can you compare Crowdstrike’s valuation to Topicus for me? I know they are in different sectors but I am thinking about deploying long term money into one or the other.

Q: It seems like everyone is positive on TD's future prospects. Yet no one mentions the potential monetary fines that could be levied against TD associated with money laundering. Why is that? Everyone appears to be very complacent about the probe over anti-money laundering. If the fines were substantial, could TD shares not take a hit? Your comments would be appreciated.

Q: A follow up question on the previous answers on TFII acquisition of Daeske.

Does 5i feel like TFII did a good job of integrating the previous acquisition and therefore do we have confidence in there ability to integrate this larger one?

I'm concerned about the premium paid here and how much Goodwill is included and if we feel like TFII did a good job of closing the gap on the Goodwill of their previous acquisitions?

Q: I was fortunate to buy into this stock and thanks for your recommendation by way of including it in your model portfolio. My position has now grown to 7%. I have a high risk tolerance , do not need the proceeds for personal cash flow. Given the momentum I am targeting a 10% position at which time I will trim back to likely 7%. Q: My question from October 10, 2023.
“Everyone, I have held LSPD since the summer of 2019 and I bought and sold throughout the last 24 months. My remaining amount is less than 2% so not a significant amount of $. They have $700 million plus in cash; they call EBITDA positive this year; they reduced the head count which lowers expenses; interest rates will be increased once or twice then a wait period and then a slow decline. All positives for the stock price. And the Quebec Pension still owns a large block of shares - they haven’t given up! The stock price seems to have held at this price range, so there is no real material downside risk. SQ and Toast are in the same stock price position, an industry decline not a stock specific decline. In a better market this stock will quickly do a triple from here.. So … buy and wait … or… move on? Clayton”
This past year LSPD has been in a trading range of $17 ish to $15 ish. Today it has moved above that range with heavy volume. Is it time to buy or wait! If you are waiting, what are you waiting for?

ATZ having big price moves at market open and appears high volume...Just curious if you are aware of any external event or news driving this?
