Q: hello 5i:
the railroads are beginning to look a little more interesting to me. While I still think we need at least another 5% taken from the price to become very interested, I wish to know which you'd pick today, knowing you go back and forth on them (you last chose CN in mid-August), and WHY you'd choose the one you do.
thanks

Q: I have been holding this corporation for a few years. Although, it has performed to my satisfaction in the past, the current performance is quite mediocre, in fact, shares declined during 2019 (hardly covering management fees etc!) Is it time to sell?
What alternatives would you recommend.
Thank you, Team!

Q: Based on my portfolio review, I need to increase my pharmaceutical weighing. Although you do not follow US companies closely, could you give me your best recommendations for 3 US pharmaceutical Companies. My only holding at the moment is Pfizer. Could you give me your opinion on this company please?

Q: Hello to all!!

There was a question asked about peleton. In your reply you said you prefer using zwift. Having said, wouldn't it be fun if 5i created a group ride every now and then.
Just a thought! Depending if there would be interest with other members.

Thanks

Q: Good morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,

In your answer to Paul, you said that CAPREIT was 100% in rental apartments, which I don't believe to be the case. For example, two side-by-side buildings in Oakville, on White Oaks Blvd., and on Marlborough Court are serviced by a medium size strip mall that CAPREIT owns and is connected to the two apartment buildings. Tenants include Rabba, Burger King, and other fast-food and service/merchandise stores. Having said that, thanks for continually recommending CAR.UN. It has been a stellar performer for us. (We live nearby and are able to monitor our investment, and we note that CAPREIT is continually improving their properties.)

Q: I owned Paladin and was very happy with the sale to ENDP, but I, regrettably, held my shares of ENDO until I lost most if not all of my Paladin windfall. You endorsed ENDO and saw future growth there. Now that TSGI has been sold, I am wondering what to do. I realize there is some deal risk and regulatory risk, and I am not fond of the inconvenience of the London Exchange. I am thinking I might sell my TSGI shares and put the proceeds split into LSPD and/or SHOP. I know you see growth in all three, but you have perhaps been endorsing LSPD and SHOP for longer, now. And you took TSGI out of the portfolio (before the sale, I realize). To focus my question, let me ask: How do the two Canadian stocks compare to TSGI in terms of risks/rewards going forward. The 2 for 1 would at least add a bit of diversification.
