Q: Hi 5i, First thanks for the quick feedback on Wells filing delay. I too thought it had marginal impact. However an analyst from RBC put this out:
“The current situation suggests management may have overlooked certain aspects of the complexity. Until we receive further clarity, we include a 50-per-cent contribution of Circle Medical in our valuation ($68-million, or $0.27/sh) and have also adjusted our valuation to reflect the current market conditions.”
Seems pretty inflammatory, can you help me understand where he gets 50-per-cent contribution?
Thx again

Q: Good Day,
I'm a current holder of NVDA. These other names are down 30 - 50%, and IF one were to want to add another of these, what order would you rank them, highest to lowest? Can you please comment a bit on each one including a good price target to buy at, expected growth rates, and, as much as your crystal ball can predict Agent Orange, How much more downside would you anticipate in this space this year? Will solid performing companies eventually just perform their way out of these dips in spite of him? Or will multiple compression from uncertainty continue to plague the markets until he's out of office/gets reined in?
Secondly, on the broader market, with next weeks tarriffs looming, would you trim a few positions, even if they were on position sizes that matched your size/risk profile, to have some extra powder dry for the anticipated overreaction? It feels like so much uncertainty is "priced in", but most things still drive lower when the event that was priced in happens.

Q: WELL issued a release about problems with CircleMedical, a subsidiary. They are delayed in filing their financials which has caused WELL to be late. Can you explain the release and what it means/impact to WELL. How serious is this? What do you see the end result being? Would this change your favourable view of WELL?
Q: Does Propel have any benefit of Cdn$ costs versus US$ sales and are tariffs a material issue?
Q: I have heard advisors say that private credit (MICs like maybe Capital Direct) can be considered as part of a portfolio’s fixed income allocation. Would the same thing apply to publicly traded MICs such as Atrium, Mcan etc) as the distributions they pay out are considered interest income.
Q: Does your view of HIMS from 2/25/25 still hold? The recent (negative) volatility you anticipated is proving a bit unnerving?
Q: What is your opinion on Cooper Standard Holdings? A colleague of mine says his advisor advised him to buy. Is it a buy?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: If Telus is successful in selling a minority position in its tower network, will the proceeds be enough to "right the ship" in terms of its ability to continue paying its stated dividend, its debt/equity ratio and any other metric used to evaluate whether the company is investable at this time?
Would you buy Telus today with the idea that if such a deal does go through that is merely a potentially added benefit and if so at what price would you initiate a position?
Thanks for the great service.
Ian

Q: If telus sells it's towers, will they have to pay "rent" or lease them back?. What would be the net results to their earnings, since the sale would be a one time event to pay down the debt, I hope.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hello
Teck resources seems to have been headed down for quite a while
Did it get too expensive and sold off?
Is there something else weighing on this company more than tariff and recession fears?
They can sell to anyone in the world do not sure why tariffs are a big issue
Thanks
