Q: Good Evening
I am an income investor.
I own SO for several years. They have never cut their dividend and to the contrary increase their dividend every year.
I am perplexed as to why Goldman Sachs recommends that investors sell Southern.
Is there something we are not aware of.

Q: While I know BEP is a larger company, could you please compare these two in terms of debt, safety of dividend and stock price and potential problems?

What would be the effect of a 1% rise in interest rates for these and other utility companies?

Q: I am interested in buying GWO but wonder if I should be buying PWF instead? PWF has a holding company discount of over 15% which seems to imply that I am getting IGM “for free”. But then there is a discount on POW too and I don’t understand the two-level holding company structure -can you explain this? Why does POW not issue POW shares to PWF holders to eliminate one of the levels? Out of GWO, PWF and POW, which one would you buy?

Q: If a company decides to adopt Blockchain where would you look to track the effects? For example would the company look to increase their revenues, or lower costs? Or is the benefit simply one of efficiency in record keeping? How would a company like Kodak be enriched?

Q: Equitable Group bounced back from last summer when the Home Capital debacle hit to reach its previous high of $72 on January 2nd. Since then, it has declined to just above $66 today - a decline of almost 9%. I see no reason why. Can you provide any insight?
