Q: I had the misfortune of investing in this company (hint: never take investing advice from a neighbour!) prior to the Cease Trade Order being issued. Is there any possibility that it will resume trading on the TSX at some point in the future. If not, can I sell my shares through my Canadian Webbroker account on the OTC Pink Sheets exchange?

Q: Hi,
Can you please let me know your opinion on this ? I know this has been beaten down and this may not fit in your investment style. However based on the cash in hand and net assets do you think it's trading less than it's book value , ignoring other factors such as law suits, possible re-instatement of the licence, etc. Thanks

Q: Taking a bit of a blood bath on Canntrust (-68%) and NVDA (-24%) watching Aurora Cannabis plummet and have some of that too. Get out now, buy or hold? Recommendations for alternatives with growth potential appreciated depending on your thoughts on the above 3.
Thanks.

Q: Hello Peter,
I like your response from the previous question on Canntrust but I would appreciate it if you can provide comments as to why this company which has been touted by analysts and BNN guests as one of the better players in the cannibis space, yet it has performed poorly when compared to most of the mid and large cap players. When you look at the chart from inception to now, Canntrust has not done well. Their fundamentals and strategy appear to be sound but why such a gap (comparing to weed, acb, cron, hexo, ogi, etc).
Also, on another note, KSHB, Kush holdings is bascially a picks and shovels play in the US for cannibis packaging etc and only trades over the counter (not on your list). It plans to list on nasdaq or nyse. If this happens, what would happen to my shares if they were bought over the counter. Would i be able to sell same shares on nyse or nasdaq. Apppreciate it.

Q: Set to begin trading in New York on Feb 25th as of recent news. Had a nice bump yesterday. Can you give your thoughts on the following?
1. How does this stack up to bigger name producers in terms of value and potential? It is certainly less publicized
2. Looking back at other pot stocks that began trading in the US (2 i think?) what type of jump, if any, does the beginning of US trading have on prices?

Thanks!

Q: Hello Peter,
With the cannabis stocks trading 50% below the legalization date, I would have thought any big companies that wanted to take an equity position in cannabis companies like Canntrust , Aphria, etc would have done it by now. Any thoughts on this? Also, I am starting to wonder if Knight is worth letting go now. This looks like a 30 year timeframe stock the way it is going... Appreciate the comments

Q: Good day gentlemen,
I am attempting to differentiate between the largest Canadian producers on a valuation basis...specifically EV/EBITDA. As 2018 and 2019 will be ramp up years for most of these companies, Can you provide this estimated figure for years 2019 and 2020 for these companies and any others you may have in this sector.

Q: HI Peter
The numbers for the quarter were good from revenue but not profit, but the longer term numbers were good. Also, i would think for an emerging company, the revenues should be the focus, but I am assuming the market will bring it down like the rest of the cannibis stocks. What do you think of the numbers and do you think Canntrust looks good in comparison to others? Thanks
