Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Not much has been asked about this Co, lately. What do you think of Finning International, being the largest global distributor of Caterpillar products ? There seems to be a tailwind developing with expanding need for heavy equipment/machinery, based on copper/precious metal mining and infrastructure/data centres spending.

Do you like the Co, its growth prospects and valuation ? Any negatives ?

Would you be comfortable buying a full/partial position, before earnings which are due Nov 11 ?

What are the street estimates ?

Thank You

Q: On Friday there was a big rebound in the stock indexes after large early losses. I noticed that some stocks had big bounces off the day's low point, some rising 10% from the low of the day, whereas some stocks didn't bounce back much at all. Wondering if the big bounce back for some stocks indicates there is more investor support for longer term ownership of these stocks, and they should perform better, or is it just a one-off that doesn't really have any predictive value.

Q: BEPC is trading at a 42% premium to BEP.UN. I understand the tax implications and ownership of LPs vs Corps, however, what is the real value/share of Brookfield Renewable? Is BEP.UN undervalued and/or BEPC overvalued? As a retail investor, irrespective of tax considerations, which of the two should I consider buying? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter,
Both MDA and FTG are experiencing negative momentum. Please compare their financial situation and future revenue projections. With year-end selling, which one would you prefer to buy at the current valuation for a 3 year hold and why? Thanks.

Q: Hi Folks,
Time for me to trim some GOOG. I have narrowed the field down to one of META, CRWD, TSLA and SHOP as my next buy. May I have your opinion as to which of the four you would recommend today and why?
Thanks

Q: I do not have any Energy Stocks. I currently have one Utility stock {FTS} and one Bank stock {RY}.

I have few other Dividend stocks, except for $BAM.

Please recommend 2 Energy stocks with some yield. If TOU is a Fav, I would

accept a lower Yield. Thanks Valter

Q: Comment on: Question asked by Adam on November 09, 2025:

... Is there financial planning software available to DIY investors that you have used yourself or heard is good that can be used to to model some of these different scenarios in an attempt to minimize taxes and maximize the value of their after tax portfolio?

Summary: Financial planning software I've tried/used to manage our large DIY recently converted to RRIF portfolio.

- Adviice: My go-to app for DIY planning for simplicity and shared access with my financial planner
- MoneyReadyApp: Generates plans similar to financial planners ($$$), but requires serious effort and good financial knowledge
- Wealthica: Basic
- WealthScope: Wealthica add-ons for deeper analysis - Good
- Zigma: Could not import from TD WebBroker
- ShareSight: Could not import from TD WebBroker
