Q: Hi 5i team,
With the current market volatility, I want to review my tech holdings and dispose of weaker ones. The review criteria are: 1. Profitable 2. Double digit revenue growth forecast 3. Healthy balance sheets. From the listed companies above, which do NOT meet these criteria? Many thanks.

Q: Hi team,
What are your thoughts about the merger between WCP and Torc,should the merger go well? WCP's stock has been weak lately, but with oil prices improving ,should that add to the their bottom line and therefore drive their stock price higher? Thinking long term should one add to their position now?

CP or CNR - I currently have both - CNR in my TFSA and CP in non-registered account . Would you sell CNR or CP at this time and why ? Thinking about buying more CP now that they have announced the split.

I currently own GSY, KXS, SHOP, U, AND NVDA and would like to add one more growth name to my portfolio. I am considering CRWD, LSPD or WELL. What would your order of preference of the three, and/or are there any other growth names that you would suggest that may be a better fit?

Q: When the Gamestop frenzy was active Wednesday the market dropped 600 points. When it was restricted Thursday the market recovered. Now the market is plunging again. Is this mere coincidence or are funds which have to cover their shorts being forced to dump shares in other stocks on the market in order to get the cash to buy gamestop? In other words, how much of the fall the last few days is due to the actions of the reddit gang?

Q: Protection question: I hear and see many of the "pros" talking about protection .... especially the Najarian bros. In the absence of their talent and knowledge of options trading, what choices do us "little guys" have to protect ourselves - other than selectively selling off some of our holdings; and ensuring proper diversification?

Q: With the recent acquisition, it seems that Sangoma is issuing 22 million shares now, and then an enormous number of shares (88 million) issued in slow quarterly chunks between 2022 and 2026 to the acquired company. How will this affect the share price in the future, ie. are these going to be quarterly share price dilutions that current shareholders need to dread? Or overhangs? Please explain.
