Q: I am a 30yr old mostly growth investor. I realize after Stantec's latest earnings you are basically endorsing a hold, but i am curious as i hold WSP(5%)and STN(4%) with a 16% Industrial weighting, would you let the name go. I am fine holding but i'm just not sure i am adding anything by keeping it at this point. Second, if you let it go which option would you choose: Add to PUR making it a full position, add to BAD making it a full position, or add to ZZZ making it a full position. Portfolio is mostly diversified across all sectors.

Q: Hi, I would not touch the common stock after the announcement about Air Canada but I see that the company has a bond maturing in May 2019 so about 1 year before the air canada contract expires. It currently trades at 95$. Before the announcement they traded at a premium, around 103$. Is this a good opportunity or am I missing something ? Thanks!!

Q: AIM.PR.C - you seem to indicate the prefs. are a sell but not the commons.

Q: Question relates to the current short position on Home Capital. With the recent 60% plus drop, I assume a lot of short covering occurred. With today's run up north of $10, I am wondering if the shorts are gearing up again. What do you think 5I and pls advise what % of float is shorted currently

Q: Good morning,
I am curious about HCG and its recent stock price rise.
If other banks/investors are taking a stake in this company by assuming responsibility for the mortgages within, how does this add value to HCG? I am assuming that the "insurers" are doing to collect the mortgage premiums.
