Q: SHRC Just discovered this company recently. I know it has a small market cap which is probably out of your interest. It looks interesting and they appear to be just starting out. I would like to get your opinion on the company and their financials and whether you feel it might have potential as a speculative purchase?
Your opinion would be much appreciated.
Thanks John

Brookfield Renewable Corporation Class A Exchangeable Subordinate Voting Shares (BEPC)
Q: There will have to be a significant electrical buildout to facilitate a wide based conversion to EV. Everything from Power Production thru both new and upgraded Distribution to Charging Facilities and their components and other electrical elements I haven't thought of will benefit.
Who will be the biggest beneficiaries?
Will there be be clear winners in power production, presumably among renewable energy companies? What about their suppliers?
Will distribution equipment suppliers like GE and Siemens be rejuvenated? Who's best in class in their sector - one of them, Mitsubishi or?
In Electrical Distribution is there any clear leader or is it so decentralized that all the Fortis' and NEE's etc. benefit.
Will ATD.B and its competitors actually see growth in facilities and same store sales etc.
To what extent will energy storage be required and at what stage?
Thank you, Hugh

Q: I would like to read your thoughts on SunOpta Inc. Would a 2% position here be sensible, or would this essentially be a lottery ticket? Thanks so much!
Q: Hi,
Is it too late to start an initial position in XBC, taking into account, that it had a solid run up already?

Q: Greetings,
1) What are the latest Dividend payout ratios? My sources are giving numbers that seem all over the place.
2) If a dividend cut was on the cards, how would you rank which company is most likely to reduce or cut?
Many thanks!

Q: In an earlier question ask by Clayton you responded “We do not formerly cover US companies except via our premium Investor Suite service”. I don’t find any link or reference to a premium investor suite under membership types, but I do see an “Investor Suite” tab on the left hand menu bar that seems to be inactive. Can you elaborate a bit about this service and how one would subscribe?
Q: As with you Canaccord has lowered expectations in the near term. They mentioned a weaker Q2 on Title expenses with the outlook for a stronger 2nd half. Would that be how you would look at this stock? Price target for Canaccord remains attractive in the near term but overall should I wait for Q2 results?
Q: Hi 5i,
XTR's January distribution looks like its gone down to $0.04/unit rather than $0.05. I can't find any info on it, wondering if any of your tools allow you to see - did they reduce the distributions permanently going forward or was Jan a 1-off?
If permanent, that would bring yield down to approx. 4.5%. I've got a sizable position in this for my retired mother, who lives off dividends and interest. Can you suggest a comparable ETF with slightly better yield? I've liked XTR in general as its pretty diversified, lots of bonds, has held very steady over time (yes I know a lot of return of capital too)...its been good for a retiree portfolio to pay groceries and property tax...
Thanks!
Ryan
