Q: Good morning - I sold an interest in BEPC to generate losses over thirty days ago. My intention was to buy back in as I do like the whole Brookfield family. I still have BEPC plus positions in BIPC and BN. I do like dividends but I have a ten year horizon and am wondering which Brookfield to purchase. Your guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Al

Q: Please comment on the SBB takeover by BTO. The large sell off implies the market did not like the deal. Is this a good long term deal that will provide value to BTO or did they over pay. Perhaps investors are expecting that there are hidden issues with the mine and that BTO will end up spending more to develop the permitted mine. Thanks.

Q: I have in my wife's TFSA: BIP.UN, SIS, SPB, STC and ETF XIT. First 3 holdings for long time. STC down 78% - ouch, XIT about even now but holds two dogs LSP and SHOP. Was thinking of selling STC and XIT and buying AD.UN and KMP.UN. We are holding $72K in cash as well. Ideas/suggestions appreciated. She already owns GSY and GRT.UN in RRSP - purchased last year. A lot of stocks are up a fair bit - so, do not see any bargains.
