Q: Hi 5i, my portfolio is lite on material stocks. In Canada I do own AEM, NTR and Russel as these have a dividend. Can you suggest some Materials that trade on the NYSE that have a decent dividend. Your help is appreciated.

Q: I purchased my initial position at $42 just prior to the Deepseek (of course!) news and have held on since. I am wondering about adding due to your recent commentary re:good balance sheet, new analyst coverage, positive momentum, very cheap valuation vs peers and strong business model. I know you don’t support ‘back up the truck’ emotional statements but I’m wondering if this might be another 5i example of getting into a potential multi-bagger in the early stages. Could you please comment on NBIS’ potential 3-5 years down the road. Thanks so much for your expertise!

Q: Now that IIP has been scooped up. Do you feel there are any other similar type of REITS that are selling cheaply that might follow the same fate?

Q: With small companies I often check the quality of their web portal. ZOOMD doesn't impress me; some links don't work. They don't list a phone number in the contacts. Their address appears to be a law firm. Is the Toronto address just a front? I don't mind if the company is based in Israel but they shouldn't hide it. Ex-ceo has lots of shares to sell even if half is via controlled sale.

They had some big organizations as customers but i wonder how sticky these contracts are. And if not, why is that? Do you have any insights into it?

Q: seeing that you own some crypto I'm thinking I may get my toes wet, so to speak. At current prices, which one ETF would you favor of the above?
Also, I have more Canadian money available than US, is there disadvantage to IBIT.CA?
Should these be purchased in a Cash account, self directed RSP or TFSA?

What is the difference in underlining risks between ZST and high interest saving ETFs like CASH and HSAV?
What is the difference in yield between them?
